evaluation of rehearsal process

The rehearsal process as a whole has been a real rollercoaster of emotions! However everything that has not always been positive has taught us about being part of productions and some of the events that can come up especially when you are only in a small cast with a very "everyone's needed" type play. Therefore in the future we will know how to cope with such issues or know how to deal with peoples emotions. Having had to deal with not always having a full cast or having problems with people not being able to attend independent rehearsals has actually made us a stronger cast and more of a company working together to help each other.
The process has been unforgettable and absolutely amazing even when we were all lying around the classroom exhausted after a very intensive dance rehearsal and wandering around Croydon searching for 11 identical dresses!

Reflecting on the process as a whole I don't think I would want to work with any other people from CAP on Girls like that apart from those that I did, as a group of 11 girls of course it was going to be difficult at times but we really did work well together and you can see this from the finished product of the shows.

It really was a very interesting and thought provoking play which was a real pleasure to work on and it was really nice to be able to have such freedom with creating a character and being able to help each other work on all of the characters in the group of girls making them all different and unique however also very similar like girls friendship groups are.

I was able to work with my 4 best friends which was actually really nice because we already had a pre-existing friendship were we just bounce off one another and are really close. However It was also nice to be able to test and play with this as each of our characters were different personalities than we are in real life.
